Description
We designed this book to provide assistance in becoming a tobacco/vaping free person and learn new ways of handling the harder aspects of life now being processed with the assistance of vaporized nicotine.
As the Tobacco Manual suggests, tobacco addiction is often contracted in childhood, during the vulnerable teenage years when our identity is being formed and our sense of who we are begins to take shape. Much of what affects us is intergenerational in nature, having become embedded in the family system and culture.
Thus, we are led to tobacco inhalation. Addiction soon follows. This manual is useful and informative and explores why nicotine evolved the way it did and how it affects people who use it.
